Default Celsian Education - Sheffield & South Yorkshire..

Hi, I just wanted to let ALL supply know that I am a recruiting for a new agency that has recently set up a branch off the Sheffield High Street from 30th January.. when I say 'new' well are an agency that has 12 branches now, mainly from a geographic base of West Yorkshire (Leeds).

Due to the successful formula of providing quality supply (and more importantly not delivering to both client & candidate what we can't provide!) this blueprint has allowed us to set up the aforementioned new branch in Sheffield (covering South Yorkshire conurbation in Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster & obviously Sheffield - with a view to covering Chesterfield & Worksop moving forwards, probably from the next academic year onwards).

Let me state here that I'm sure these boards get inundated with agents and agencies promising the earth to you supply teachers (in my time as a teacher and frequenting these boards in the past, god knows I saw enough of them myself), however, in my recently started new role of consultant for the Primary sector (and having the knowledge of being a supply teacher, like I've said over some 9 years), I feel like I am coming from a standpoint of understanding better what you guys go through whilst out on an assignment (either long or short term). I've waited for those early morning calls, gone to the schools of 'hard knocks' and enjoyed getting the cards (and the wine!) at the end of a job well done too

My pledge in moving forwards to ANY teachers who feel they are not getting a good deal from their present agency, is to work hard and conscientiously (like everyone does in the role of a teacher), to provide you with CONSISTENT work in supply (either in sourcing the now becoming 'elusive' day-to-day or probably preferable to the majority out there long-term placement).

If you are interested..

.. please contact me with your up-to-date CV to the email address listed below & I will promise to do my utmost to keep you working not just over the short-term, but more importantly the long as well. Knowing has I do the importance of an excellent rapport and understanding that a supply has with their agency contact (the work is only as consistent as the consultant 'driving the desk') I promise to provide you with the work to the best of my ability - i.e NO BS!!

You can contact me at (ignore the spacing in my name btw) c h r i s d. w i l k i n s o n @ celsianeducation.co.uk with your CV, we will then arrange a mutually convenient time to get the registration side out of the way (no longer than 45mins - max), and then look to get you out working in the relationships I've built up with local schools (I won't be expecting you to get to Newark, travelling from Sheffield in 30mins, etc!!) I hope that this statement of intent will provide you with enough confidence to give me a try.. after all without YOU, then there is no ME - btw, if you wish to ask any questions over the course of today/tomorrow/during the coming weeks, then feel free to do so (and I will endevour to answer to the best of my ability any queries you have quickly - within the same day - and more importantly TRUTHFULLY, like I said to the best of my knowledge).

All the best & enjoy the rest of your well earned weekend!
