Signing on for September
This is only my second full year as a supply teacher (just about to start my third) so I am probably not the best to ask but...if you can tolerate all the procrastination that accompanies signing on and you beleive that £65 is better than a smack in the face then go for it, after all it is your entitlement after having paid towards it.
