Thanks Danfur, I changed my post after reading your initial information which is extremely informative thanks for all that.
When I go into the Job Centre the people there really seem clueless and it is so frustrating, as Sept approaches I havent a clue what Im doing with regards to signing on and off...How can i do a rapid reclaim ie go into the office when i be on supply...when do I get the time to go back in etc argh!
