Oh that's a shame Lydia, so dissapointing but keep going at least you are getting down to the last few. I've been told it's down to whether you tick all of the boxes (in other words-if you have what the school is looking for etc. etc.) I know we've all heard this before (arghhhhhhhhhhhh). I wish you lots of luck, I'm sure something will fall into your lap that is exactly what you want,

At the moment there are quite a few jobs around, although mainly maternity cover. The dilemma is that if you go for one and the closing date for the others (longer positions are later) you may miss out on the best opportunity. But then again if you are successful with the earlier shorter term post you may have not been for the later ones
