Hi Delma as you know I hand delivered mine, sure someone on here said that it is beneficial if you can hand deliver so that they can put a face to the name (perhaps it was Nutty)? I telephoned first to ask them if they'd mind if I dropped them off.
But if anyone on here can recall this conversation or other useful advice it would be appreciated. It is probably a good time to get known aslo. Good luck.
