You currently have 0 posts. of reasons, they wouldn't earn enough for the hugeness of the job, and when giving information or advice it is hard enough for qualified teachers to do that to colleagues, for a TA to go and tell a teacher how to do her job would be akin to masochism in some cases. I appreciate that there are plenty of TAs who would do it better than others but not worth it for their sake x
