I know this is too late now but I've used Click Teaching, a friend told me their password so I didn't pay!
The resources are quite straightforward, lots of worksheets though there are some plans. Where Click Teaching comes into its own is that there are a lot of resources available and they are well organised, so if you need something in a hurry you can usually find what you are looking for without spending hours trawling through various websites and the resources are more than good enough to use for emergencies! I'm not sure I would use them if I was doing longer term planning, though there are some good starting points you can adapt.
